• Yes!  Your rental includes delivery, setup and pickup!  
• Our installers are professionally trained.
• All setups follow our design guidelines to make your pictures frameable!

• Our letters are 2 feet tall and all the same font.  
• We don't mix and match size or fonts.
• When we put up letters, they all match or are part of a pre-planned pattern. We don't have random letter colors!  
• We have enough inventory to do it right and make your sign beautiful! Never use a company that doesn't have enough alphabet letters to fill an order correctly.

• All signs come with a minimum of 6 XL graphics and may have up to 18 or more XL graphics depending on the package chosen! 
• An abundant amount of stars, balloons and other small accent graphics are freebies and included in every sign.
• No other sign biz comes close to our carefully designed, big, full signs!

• All party & specialty graphics are generally 2 feet tall to match our letters.
• Some are smaller, like a baseball bat.
• Some are bigger, like a 3 tier cake!
• Our specialty sign graphics are the best and boldest in the biz!  

• Signs are typically about the length of 2 parked cars at 30 feet.  
• A full size sign with 20 graphics is about 3 parked cars long.
• Smaller signs are anywhere from the length of a motorcycle to 2 cars.

• No, the signs will be just fine in the rain!  
• Signs are made of corrugated plastic and are very durable.
• We only worry about the signs in hail and wind speeds over 16 mph.
• If we have concerns about the wind speed or hail, we will pull the sign and issue an appropriate partial refund. You don't need to do anything.
• You are not responsible for any weather damage due to winds or hail.

• Because the signs could be dangerous if not handled correctly or could be damaged, only our staff is allowed to deliver, setup or take down the signs.
• If you need the sign removed, please call us to complete this.

• If a yard doesn't pass the Screwdriver Test, it won't be soft enough to take the very lightweight yard sign stakes.
• If we cannot set up a full sign within 90 minutes, we will either modify the sign, bill you for the extra time, or not be able to put up the sign at all.  We include you in this decision making process.
